The Radhaus is a fully automatic bicycle parking garage for up to 120 bikes. The trend-setting and innovative concept convinces by the space-saving and safe storage of bicycles. The building with a floor space of approx. 55m² has an access level on the first floor and 5 storage levels at a height of 10.5m.

The trend is towards ever higher quality bikes. In parallel, the demands of bicycle enthusiasts on the urban infrastructure are increasing. With our bike house we offer you an innovative solution to improve your bike infrastructure.

A huge number of cyclists encounter each other every day at hubs such as train stations, schools, etc. Often the demand for secure bicycle parking cannot be met. This is because space is very limited in these areas and especially during peak hours. The increase in parked cars further influences the situation.

The promotion of bicycle traffic or the creation of a bicycle-friendly infrastructure, especially from an ecological and health point of view, is a current topic that can be addressed with our Cityline and the innovative bike house.

The basis of the building envelope is a closed trapezoidal steel sheet. The trapezoidal sheet metal of the facade is laid vertically and is available in different RAL colors. The roof is designed as a monopitch roof with internal drainage so that the roof pitch is not visible from the outside. This design already provides the necessary weather protection for the bicycle parking system. If an individual appearance is desired, pre-hung cladding made of a wide variety of facade materials and glass can be attached on site, as with a smart tower, for design and visual enhancement. Furthermore, advertising elements such as large screens can be integrated into the building envelope. In this way, the facade can function in parallel as an advertising space.
